About the Role
Infocodec Solutions is looking for a Murex Environment / Support Consultant to manage Murex environments, ensure system stability, and support production operations.
The candidate will be responsible for environment setup, batch monitoring, troubleshooting, and release management across Murex instances.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Murex environments (DEV, UAT, PROD)
- Monitor and support EOD / BOD batch processes
- Troubleshoot production issues and system failures
- Perform deployments, releases, and environment refresh activities
- Coordinate with infrastructure, DBA, and application teams
- Ensure system availability, performance, and stability
- Support incident, problem, and change management processes
- Maintain documentation and runbooks
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Murex Support / Environment Management
- Strong knowledge of:
- Unix/Linux systems
- Batch processing and scheduling
- Murex architecture and environments
- Experience in production support and troubleshooting
- Understanding of trade lifecycle processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with scripting (Shell / Python)
- Exposure to DevOps tools and automation
- Experience in banking environments
