About the Role
Infocodec Solutions is seeking a highly experienced DevOps Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-scale infrastructure solutions.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across cloud and on-premise environments, with a strong focus on Azure/AWS, enterprise networking, Active Directory, Office 365, and data center architecture.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can define architecture standards, guide infrastructure transformation programs, and ensure alignment with business, security, and compliance objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure architecture and integration across cloud, data center, and enterprise platforms
- Define and publish architecture standards, blueprints, and best practices
- Drive modernization initiatives across:
- Public cloud (Azure / AWS)
- Identity & access (Active Directory / Entra ID)
- Collaboration tools (Office 365 / Exchange)
- Networking, storage, and server platforms
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture, DevOps, and security teams
- Design solutions for high availability, disaster recovery, and scalability
- Serve as a Level 4 escalation point for complex infrastructure issues
- Lead infrastructure lifecycle planning, upgrades, and optimization
- Ensure compliance with enterprise policies, security frameworks, and licensing requirements
- Support infrastructure integration during mergers, acquisitions, and transformation programs
- Evaluate emerging technologies and define long-term infrastructure roadmaps
Required Skills
- 12+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, with at least 5 years as an Architect
- Strong expertise in:
- Cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS)
- Windows Server & enterprise systems
- Active Directory / Entra ID
- Office 365 / Exchange
- Networking, virtualization, and SAN storage
- SQL Server and enterprise databases
- Experience designing enterprise-scale infrastructure solutions
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance frameworks
- Experience working with DevOps and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders and leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Azure Solutions Architect or AWS Architect certification
- Experience in infrastructure transformation and cloud migration programs
- Exposure to banking, financial services, or enterprise environments
- Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of disaster recovery and business continuity planning
