About the Role
Infocodec Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with Insurance domain expertise to lead and deliver enterprise-scale technology projects across cloud, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing insurance technology platforms (Guidewire, Duck Creek, or similar) and delivering projects across policy administration, claims, underwriting, and billing systems.
This role requires a proactive leader with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive complex programs within insurance and enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects within the Insurance domain (P&C / Life Insurance)
- Manage projects across policy administration, claims, underwriting, and billing platforms
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource planning
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and insurance SMEs
- Drive Agile / Waterfall project execution aligned with business and regulatory needs
- Monitor risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with DevOps, infrastructure, and development teams
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, governance, and security policies
- Lead project reporting, steering committee updates, and executive communication
- Support digital transformation and core system modernization initiatives
- Ensure successful UAT execution and business sign-offs
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management
- Strong experience in Insurance domain (P&C or Life Insurance)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Guidewire / Duck Creek / Insurance platforms
- Agile / Scrum / Waterfall methodologies
- Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of:
- Insurance business processes (Policy, Claims, Billing)
- Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS)
- Enterprise systems and integrations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong risk management, planning, and execution capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications
- Experience in insurance digital transformation programs
- Exposure to Guidewire implementation or upgrade projects
- Experience working with large insurance carriers
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks in insurance
- Exposure to DevOps and cloud transformation initiatives
