Infocodec is looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our growing global team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in the US recruitment lifecycle, who are passionate about identifying and connecting top technology talent with leading organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
- Coordinate interviews, client interactions, and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
- Ensure timely delivery and quality hiring for client mandates
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in US IT recruitment / staffing
- Strong understanding of US hiring practices and recruitment lifecycle
- Familiarity with US tax terms: W2, C2C, 1099
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in US time zones
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals
