About the Role
Infocodec Solutions is seeking an experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Business Analyst to support insurance technology initiatives for global clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations and insurance claims processes.
In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, claims operations teams, and technical teams to analyze requirements, configure solutions, and ensure successful delivery of Guidewire-based systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to insurance claims management.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for Guidewire ClaimCenter.
- Work closely with claims operations teams and IT teams to support system implementations and enhancements.
- Support Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration and integration activities.
- Analyze and document end-to-end claims workflows, including:
- First Notice of Loss (FNOL)
- Claims processing
- Payments and settlements
- Claims reporting
- Participate in system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
- Ensure solutions align with insurance business processes and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and project managers to deliver solutions on time.
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain.
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter.
- Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance claims processes.
- Experience working on Guidewire implementations, upgrades, or integrations.
- Experience with business process analysis, requirement documentation, and functional design.
- Strong experience in UAT coordination and test case preparation.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with other Guidewire modules (PolicyCenter or BillingCenter).
- Knowledge of Guidewire integration architecture.
- Experience working with global insurance clients.
- Certification in Guidewire ClaimCenter is a plus.
