About the Role
Infocodec Solutions is seeking an experienced Endpoint Operations Technician to support and maintain enterprise endpoint and virtual desktop environments.
The successful candidate will work with technologies such as Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Microsoft Intune, and Windows endpoint management platforms, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing environments for global users.
This role involves end-user escalation support and collaboration with Desktop Engineering, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure enterprise endpoint operations run efficiently and securely.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments to ensure performance and reliability.
- Manage and operate Microsoft Intune endpoint management platforms.
- Provide escalation support for global end-user computing (EUC) issues.
- Work closely with Desktop Engineering, Security, and Compliance teams to maintain secure endpoint environments.
- Perform endpoint provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management.
- Manage patching, operating system updates, and endpoint compliance policies.
- Support Windows 10 and Windows 11 enterprise environments.
- Perform endpoint imaging, application packaging, and deployment activities.
- Assist with automation and operational improvements within endpoint environments.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Endpoint Operations or End-User Computing (EUC) environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
- Expertise with Microsoft Intune and endpoint device management.
- Experience with SCCM (Microsoft Configuration Manager).
- Experience with Windows Autopilot deployment and device provisioning.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10 / Windows 11 enterprise environments.
- Experience with endpoint patching, imaging, and application packaging.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and endpoint management.
- Understanding of enterprise endpoint security and compliance policies.
- Experience supporting large-scale global endpoint environments.
